Data protection (GDPR)

GOANDSEE processes data only for account management, request handling and the communication needed to complete a reservation.

  • We collect only the data needed for the account, requests and reservations.
  • When an account is created, Romanian citizens are asked for a CNP; other nationalities are asked for a passport or identity document number to handle reservations. These numbers are encrypted, stored separately from the profile, are not sent to tour operators or included in emails, and can only be revealed by an administrator; access is recorded.
  • Data is not sold and is not used outside GOANDSEE services and the suppliers involved in your request.
  • You can request correction, export or deletion of your data according to the applicable law.
